It is constructed from a chrome vanadium shaft that is through-hardened to 50-53 HRC, ensuring durability and performance. The patented flute geometry is designed to efficiently remove dust from the hole, facilitating faster drilling while enhancing the longevity of the bit, achieving speeds up to 150% faster than competitive bits. The shot-peened, double-tempered finish aids in reducing breakage, while the hot isostatically pressed design further extends the bit's life and resistance to breakage. Additionally, the copper braze material provides high heat resistance, minimizing tip loss, and all tips are manufactured to meet ANSI specifications.
