Its patented tip and flute design efficiently removes dust, achieving up to 25% faster performance compared to other bits. A shot-peened, double-tempered finish minimizes breakage, while the hot isostatic pressing process enhances the tool's lifespan and resistance to breakage. The copper braze material provides high heat resistance that reduces tip loss, and all tips are made according to ANSI specifications.
