The rotary percussion drill bit features a straight shank that fits all hammer drills equipped with a 3-jaw or Jacobs chuck. It is constructed from a chrome vanadium shaft that is through-hardened to a hardness of 50-53 HRC. The patented flute geometry is designed to remove dust from the hole more efficiently, facilitating faster drilling and enhancing overall longevity. This drill bit is capable of drilling up to 150% faster than competing bits. A shot-peened, double-tempered finish is employed to reduce breakage, while hot isostatic pressing is utilized to extend its life and provide resistance to breakage. Additionally, the copper braze material offers high heat resistance, minimizing the risk of tip loss. All tips comply with ANSI specifications.
