The Rotary Percussion drill bit features a straight shank that fits all hammer drills equipped with a 3-jaw or Jacobs chuck. It is constructed from a chrome vanadium shaft that is through-hardened to a hardness rating of 50-53 HRC. The patented flute geometry is designed to remove dust from the hole more efficiently, allowing for faster drilling, with performance that can be up to 150% quicker than competing bits. The shot-peened, double-tempered finish minimizes the risk of breakage, while hot isostatic pressing enhances durability and helps resist breakage. Additionally, the copper braze material provides high heat resistance to reduce the likelihood of tip loss. All tips are manufactured to meet ANSI specifications.
