This drill bit allows for the full usable length to be utilized, ensuring efficiency. The chrome vanadium shaft is through-hardened to 50-53 HRC, providing strength and durability. The patented tip and flute design removes dust more efficiently, resulting in a drilling speed that is up to 25% faster than other bits. Additionally, the shot-peened, double-tempered finish minimizes breakage, while the hot isostatic pressing process extends the life of the bit and enhances resistance to breakage. The copper braze material ensures high heat resistance, reducing the likelihood of tip loss. All tips are made to ANSI specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
