The Hemco® Uniflow fume hood analog air flow monitor operates at 115V/60Hz and is designed to continuously monitor the face velocity air flow of fume hoods. Users can select and calibrate it at their desired FPM velocity set point, providing real-time monitoring. If the hood face velocity falls below this set point, an audible alarm is triggered, and a visual red indicator light is activated. The air flow alarm can be factory installed or added in the field, ensuring flexibility for installation. This monitor meets ANSI and OSHA requirements, in line with OSHA's recommendation for air flow alarms to be installed on all fume hoods. It is important to note that this air flow monitor is specifically designed for use with Hemco Uniflow CE/LE/SE fume hoods equipped with a vapor proof light, but not with an explosion proof light.
