The Uniflow SE Airstream fume hood is a high efficiency, full duty fume hood available in widths of 48", 60", 72", and 96". Designed to provide energy savings and maximum user protection, this hood features an aerodynamic face opening with airfoil that ensures uniform airflow through the fume chamber. It is a constant volume low flow hood equipped with a vector baffle system that directs air efficiently to the bell-shaped exhaust collar, minimizing turbulence. Key features include an air bypass low flow design, dual wall unitized non-metallic corrosion and fire-resistant composite fiberglass construction, a molded one-piece fume chamber with a white glass-smooth surface and coved corners, and a vertical sash made of 3/16" tempered safety glass framed in chemical-resistant non-metallic PVC with an aerodynamic sash lift. Additionally, a sash stop is installed at the 1/2 open position, and a vapor-proof LED light fixture with a control switch is wired to a single-point junction box. The fume hood operates at 115V/60Hz AC, with all electrical components U.L. listed, and it is classified under U.L. 1805.
