The Vulcan MSA48-102 is a heavy-duty flat top griddle/grill designed for propane use, featuring 27,000 BTUs per 12" section and equipped with U-shaped steel burners. It has a dimension of 48" W x 24" D for the griddle plate, which is constructed from 1" thick polished steel. The unit boasts a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame with one drawer, mechanical snap-action thermostatic controls, and a supervisor pilot safety valve for every two burners to ensure gas is completely shut off if the pilot goes out or if there’s an interruption in the gas supply. Its design allows for versatile cooking from breakfast to dinner, with a cool bull nose design that keeps the grill front rail cool to the touch at all times. The griddle stands at an 11" low profile cooking height on 4" adjustable legs and features a large 6 quart stainless steel grease drawer; models sized at 60" and 72" come with two drawers. Additional features include manual ignition, a rear gas connection, and a gas pressure regulator.
