The cooking kit includes a heavy-duty griddle featuring 27,000 BTUs per 12" section with U-shaped steel burners, coupled with a 36" W x 24" D griddle plate. It is constructed with a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame that incorporates one drawer, along with mechanical snap-action thermostatic controls. The griddle plate is made of 1" thick polished steel, ensuring durability and even cooking. Safety features include one supervised pilot safety valve for every two burners, which automatically shuts off gas to the pilot and burners if the pilot light extinguishes or gas supply is interrupted. The design also allows for versatility with a flat top suitable for breakfast to dinner functionality, while the cool bull nose keeps the grill front rail safe to touch. The unit has an 11" low profile cooking height supported by 4" adjustable legs and includes a large 6-quart stainless steel grease drawer, with two drawers in the 60" and 72" models. Manual ignition, a rear gas connection, and a gas pressure regulator round out its specifications.
