The kit includes a high-efficiency filter that boasts an exceptional 99.97% filter efficiency, which meets NIOSH P100-series test criteria. It features a plastic filter encasement designed for high heat or wet applications, while channeled airflow protects the filter, enhancing breathability and extending its service life. The swept-back design offers an improved field of view and greater comfort, and the unique spring-loaded filter cover simplifies negative pressure user seal checks. This product is NIOSH approved for use in environments with certain oil and non-oil based particles. It is compatible with 3M™ respirators from the 5000 series, as well as 3M™ cartridges from the 6000 series when used with the 3M™ adapter 502. Additionally, it can be utilized with 3M™ facepieces from the 6000 series or 7000 series equipped with bayonet filter holders.
