The Commercial / Industrial Polyester Disposable Filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters utilize progressive density glass or polyester filter media, with an option for dual-layered high-performance polyester media where synthetic materials are desired. The filters are built with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, which enhances strength and simplifies installation. An interlocking miter corner design adds extra durability, eliminating the need for additional metal support and promoting environmental sustainability. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to both the upstream and downstream sides of the frame, which prevents air bypass and provides increased rigidity. Special sizes are available upon request.
