The Steel King® SK2000® pallet rack add-on unit measures 96"W x 36"D x 96"H and has a load capacity of 6080 lbs. This unit features high-strength tubular steel framing with built-in braces for extra strength, and both uprights and beams are finished with a powder coat. The tear-drop connection is compatible with most industrial storage rack systems currently in use. The closed tube upright design provides 250% more frontal impact strength and 68% greater side impact resistance compared to open back columns, enhancing product safety within your facility. The three rivet connection is stronger than the standard two rivet connection found on typical pallet rack uprights. Additionally, the unit includes 10 gauge welded base plates for floor anchoring. Steel King® SK2000® series pallet rack beams are constructed from high-strength steel, with a minimum yield of 55,000 P.S.I., and are made from continuously welded structural tubing for added durability, which prevents moisture or debris collection. The 1-5/8"H step beams can accept optional decking (not included), and the beam ends feature a secure 3 rivet lock design with an integrated safety lock for installation on the uprights.
