The new White Diamond Series refrigerator and freezer combination models from CorePoint Scientific are designed for both scientific and medical applications, featuring a 9 cu. ft. capacity (4.6 cu. ft. for the refrigerator and 4.2 cu. ft. for the freezer). The unit includes two stainless steel exterior swing doors that are right hinged, a microprocessor temperature controller for both the refrigerator and freezer, and a digital temperature display with a sample simulated probe. It has an adjustable operating temperature range of 1°C to 10°C for the refrigerator and -15°C to -25°C for the freezer, along with audible and visual high and low temperature alarms. Additional features include remote alarm contacts, a back wall evaporator cover for the refrigerator, forced draft circulation, keyed door locks, magnetic door gaskets for positive sealing, recessed door handles, leveling legs, a stacking kit, LED interior lights, and two probe access ports (3/8"). The refrigerator utilizes HFC-free refrigerant (R600A) and includes foam insulation and packaging. The unit operates on 115V, 60 Hz, drawing 1.74 amps for the refrigerator and 1.5 amps for the freezer with a 1/8 HP compressor. It is UL/C-UL listed and comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty, plus an additional two-year compressor parts warranty. Manual defrost is available for the freezer while the refrigerator operates on a cycle defrost system. Please note that this unit requires two outlets.
