The new White Diamond Series refrigerator and freezer combination models from Corepoint Scientific® are purpose-built for both scientific and medical applications. This unit features a total capacity of 7 cu. ft. (5.2 cu. ft. for the refrigerator and 1.7 cu. ft. for the freezer) and is equipped with two exterior swing doors—one glass door for the refrigerator and one solid door for the freezer, both right hinged and not reversible. It utilizes a microprocessor temperature controller, along with a digital temperature display that includes a sample simulated probe, and is designed with audible and visual high and low temperature alarms. The adjustable operating temperature range is from 1°C to 10°C for the refrigerator and -15°C to -25°C for the freezer. The refrigerator includes three adjustable shelves and the freezer has two adjustable shelves, both with back rails to prevent products from being pushed against the back wall. Other features include a footed bottom shelf, keyed door locks for the freezer, a magnetic door gasket for a positive seal, integrated door handles, leveling legs, a stacking kit, LED interior lights, and two probe access ports (3/8")—one for the refrigerator and one for the freezer. The unit is finished with a white powder-coated exterior and uses HFC-free refrigerant (R600A) with foam insulation and packaging. It is UL/C-UL listed and has exterior dimensions of 23-3/4" W x 24-1/4" D x 53-1/8" H. The refrigerator operates at 115V, 60 Hz, with a power consumption of 1.3 amps and a 1/6 HP compressor, while the freezer operates at 1 amp with a 1/8 HP compressor. This model comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty, along with an additional two-year compressor parts warranty.
