Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for protecting welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or other automated equipment that require easy access. The system features a unique lift-off design that allows for quick panel removal by loosening the tool removable hardware, which minimizes downtime for both removal and installation while keeping hardware attached to the posts to reduce the risk of loss. The panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the equipment during maintenance or service while maintaining safety during operation. The system is compliant with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards and includes 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10ga welded wire mesh with minimal 7.87' spacing from hazards, helping to minimize the process footprint and save valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels ensure high visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts enhance visibility for material handling and pedestrian traffic. The RapidGuard™ II system comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
