WireCrafters® RapidGuard™ II Lift-Off Machine Guarding System is designed for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any other automated equipment requiring easy accessibility. This system features a unique lift-off design that allows for panel removal by simply loosening the tool removable hardware, thereby significantly reducing the time needed for panel installation and removal. The hardware remains attached to the posts, which minimizes the risk of loss or misplacement during transitions back to normal operations. RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the guarded equipment and facilitating easy access for maintenance personnel or workers during downtime or service calls, all while ensuring safety during machine operation. This system includes a limited warranty of 1 year and is compliant with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards. The construction includes 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10GA welded wire mesh that allows for minimal (7.87') spacing from the hazard, thereby minimizing the process footprint and conserving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels enhance visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts ensure high visibility of the system for material handling and pedestrian traffic outside of the guarding.
