Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II Lift-Off Machine Guarding System is designed for safeguarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or other automated equipment that require easy access. The unique lift-off design enables panel removal simply by loosening the tool removable hardware, which significantly reduces the time needed for both removal and installation of panels, while ensuring the hardware remains attached to the posts to prevent loss. This system features OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliance, utilizing 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10 gauge welded wire mesh, allowing for minimal spacing of 7.87 inches from the hazard, thus reducing the footprint and conserving floor space. The black powder-coated RapidGuard™ II lift-off panels offer high visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts enhance visibility for both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside the guarding. The product includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
