The Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II Lift-Off Machine Guarding System is specifically designed for safeguarding equipment such as welding machines, stretch wrappers, and conveyors, while ensuring easy accessibility. This system features a unique lift-off design that allows for panel removal by loosening the tool-removable hardware, thus significantly reducing the time needed for panel installation and removal. The hardware remains attached to the posts to minimize the risk of losing or misplacing it during operations. This innovative system enables the RapidGuard™ II panels to lift off from the upright posts, granting full access to the guarded equipment, which is beneficial for maintenance personnel and service calls while maintaining safety during operation. The system includes a limited warranty of 1 year and is compliant with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards. The 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10ga welded wire mesh provides a minimal spacing of 7.87' from hazards, effectively minimizing the process footprint and optimizing floor space. The black powder-coated RapidGuard™ II lift-off panels enhance visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts increase visibility for both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside the guarding.
