WireCrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment requiring easy access. This system features a unique lift-off design that allows for panel removal by loosening tool removable hardware, which significantly reduces the time needed to remove and install panels. The hardware remains attached to the posts, minimizing the risk of lost or uninstalled components during normal operations. Unlike typical guarding systems, RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the equipment while ensuring safety and security during operation. It includes a limited warranty of 1 year and complies with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards. The system features 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10GA welded wire mesh with a minimal spacing of 7.87' from the hazard, optimizing the footprint and conserving floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels enhance visibility of operations within the guarded area, while the yellow powder-coated posts ensure high visibility for both material handling and pedestrian traffic surrounding the guarding system.
