Wirecrafters RapidGuard™ II - Run Post, 6 3/4" H, is part of the Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system, designed for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or other automated equipment while ensuring easy accessibility. The system features a unique lift-off design that allows for panel removal by simply loosening the tool removable hardware, which significantly reduces the time needed for both removing and installing panels. The hardware remains attached to the posts, minimizing the risk of lost or uninstalled hardware when returning to normal operations. RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the equipment during maintenance or service calls while still ensuring safety and security during operation. The system complies with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards and includes 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10ga welded wire mesh with a minimal hazard spacing of 7.87', thereby saving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels enhance visibility of operations, while the yellow powder-coated posts increase the system's visibility for material handling and pedestrian traffic. The product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
