WireCrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for safeguarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment requiring easy access. The unique lift-off design enables quick panel removal by simply loosening the tool removable hardware, significantly reducing the time for installation and removal. The hardware remains attached to the posts, minimizing the risk of losing or misplacing components. Unlike traditional guarding systems, the RapidGuard™ II panels can be lifted off from the upright posts, granting full access to the equipment during maintenance or service calls while ensuring safety when the machine is operational. The system is OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliant, featuring 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10ga welded wire mesh, which allows for minimal 7.87' spacing from hazards, thus optimizing the process footprint and conserving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated panels enhance operational visibility, while the yellow powder-coated posts provide high visibility for both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside the guarding. The product includes a limited warranty of one year.
