The WireCrafters RapidGuard™ II - Corner Post stands at 6 3/4" H and is part of the WireCrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system, designed to provide safety for welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, and other automated equipment while ensuring easy access. This system features a unique lift-off design that allows for quick panel removal by loosening the tool-removable hardware, which helps minimize the time needed for both the installation and removal of panels. The hardware remains attached to the posts, reducing the risk of losing or misplacing components. Unlike traditional guarding solutions, the RapidGuard™ II panels can be lifted off from the upright posts, providing full access to the equipment during maintenance or service. The system includes features that comply with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards, utilizing 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10GA welded wire mesh that allows for minimal spacing (7.87') from hazards, optimizing the process footprint and conserving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels enhance visibility of operations within the guarded area, while the yellow powder-coated posts ensure high visibility for both material handling and pedestrian traffic nearby. This product includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
