Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for protecting welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment that requires easy accessibility. The system features a unique lift-off design that facilitates panel removal by loosening the tool removable hardware, significantly reducing the time needed for both removal and installation of panels. With hardware remaining attached to the posts, the risk of losing or misplacing components is minimized when returning to normal operations. The panels can be easily lifted off from the upright posts, allowing full access to the guarded equipment, which is particularly beneficial for maintenance personnel or during service calls. This guarding system is OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliant, featuring 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10-gauge welded wire mesh with minimal spacing (7.87') from the hazard, which helps to minimize the process footprint and conserve floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels enhance visibility of operations within the guarded area, while the yellow powder-coated posts increase the system's visibility to both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside the guarding. The system is backed by a limited warranty of 1 year.
