The Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II Lift-Off Machine Guarding System is designed for protecting welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment that requires easy accessibility. Its unique lift-off design enables quick panel removal by loosening tool-removable hardware, thereby minimizing the time needed for installation and removal. The hardware remains attached to the posts, reducing the risk of loss or misplacement during operations. RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the guarded equipment, making it easier for maintenance personnel to perform service calls while ensuring safety when the machine operates. The system includes features such as OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliance, and is made with 1-1/2" square, 10GA welded wire mesh with minimal 7.87' spacing from the hazard, which optimizes the process footprint and saves floor space. The black powder-coated panels enhance visibility of operations within the guard, while the yellow powder-coated posts improve visibility for both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside of the guarding. The RapidGuard™ II system is backed by a limited warranty of 1 year.
