The WireCrafters® RapidGuard™ II Lift-Off Machine Guarding System is designed for safeguarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment requiring easy accessibility. Its unique lift-off design enables quick panel removal by loosening the tool removable hardware, which drastically decreases the time needed for panel installation and removal. The hardware remains attached to the posts, minimizing the risk of losing or misplacing it. RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access for maintenance personnel or workers during service calls while ensuring safety during machine operation. This system includes a limited warranty of 1 year and features OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliance, with 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10GA welded wire mesh that allows for a minimal hazard spacing of 7.87', conserving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels enhance operational visibility while the yellow powder-coated posts increase the visibility of the system for both material handling and pedestrian traffic.
