WireCrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is an effective solution for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or other automated equipment that requires easy access. The unique lift-off design enables panel removal by simply loosening the tool-removable hardware, streamlining the process of panel installation and removal. The hardware remains attached to the posts, minimizing the risk of losing or misplacing components during operation. The RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, facilitating full access for maintenance personnel or workers during service calls while ensuring safety and security when the machine is in operation. The system is OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliant and features a 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10-gauge welded wire mesh, which maintains a minimal hazard spacing of 7.87 inches, thus optimizing the process footprint and conserving floor space. The black powder-coated panels provide high visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts enhance visibility to both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside the guarding. The system includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
