Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for safeguarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any other automated equipment that requires easy accessibility. The system features a unique lift-off design that permits panel removal by simply loosening the tool-removable hardware, thus minimizing the time needed for both removal and reinstallation of panels. The hardware remains attached to the posts, reducing the risk of loss or misplacement during normal operations. The RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the equipment while maintaining safety during operation. The system is OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliant, featuring 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10ga welded wire mesh with a minimal spacing of 7.87' from the hazard, which optimizes the process footprint and conserves valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels ensure high visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts enhance visibility for both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside of the guarding. The product includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
