Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment that needs easy accessibility. The system features a unique lift-off design that allows for panel removal by loosening tool removable hardware, thereby significantly reducing the time required for both panel removal and installation. The hardware remains attached to the posts, minimizing the risk of lost or uninstalled components when returning to normal operations. Unlike traditional guarding systems, RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, providing full access to the guarded equipment and facilitating easy maintenance during downtime or service calls while ensuring safety during operation. The system is compliant with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards, featuring 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10-gauge welded wire mesh that allows for minimal spacing (7.87') from the hazard, which helps to save valuable floor space. The black powder-coated RapidGuard™ II lift-off panels enhance visibility of operations within the guarding area, while the yellow powder-coated posts improve visibility of the system for both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside of the guarding. This product includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
