WireCrafters® RapidGuard™ II Lift-Off Machine Guarding System is designed for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any automated equipment that requires easy accessibility. The system features a unique lift-off design, allowing for panel removal by simply loosening the tool removable hardware, which significantly reduces the time needed to remove and install panels. The hardware remains attached to the posts, mitigating the risk of lost or uninstalled components. RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, offering full access to the equipment during maintenance or service calls while ensuring safety and security when the machine is operational. The system includes a limited warranty of 1 year. It is compliant with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards and features a 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10ga welded wire mesh, which allows for minimal (7.87') spacing from hazards, thus reducing the process footprint and saving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels provide high visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts enhance visibility for material handling and pedestrian traffic outside of the guarding.
