WireCrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed for guarding welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, or any other automated equipment requiring easy accessibility. The unique lift-off design enables quick panel removal by loosening the tool removable hardware, which reduces the time needed for both panel removal and installation. The hardware remains attached to the posts to minimize the risk of loss or misinstallation when returning to normal operations. RapidGuard™ II panels lift off from the upright posts, allowing full access to the guarded equipment, facilitating easy access for maintenance personnel or workers during downtime or service calls, while ensuring safety and security when the machine is operating. The system is OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO compliant featuring a 1-1/2" square (center to center) 10-gauge welded wire mesh with minimal (7.87') spacing from hazards, thus minimizing the process footprint and conserving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels provide high visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts enhance visibility of the system to both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside the guarding. The product includes a limited warranty of 1 year.
