The BSC Preferred™ 1/3 cu. yd. self-dumping steel hopper features a robust 4000 lb. capacity and is engineered for safety and economy. This innovative hopper automatically dumps on contact with the roll-off container, ensuring efficient operation. It is perfectly balanced to roll forward when loaded, dump completely, and automatically return to an upright, locked position, making it ready for reloading. The continuous welding prevents dripping of wet materials, with leak-proof hoppers available upon request. Its design includes formed smooth edges around the top and pouring lip for enhanced safety and strength, while extended sides help prevent side-wise scattering of materials. Additionally, the stacking feature allows for the stacking of empty hoppers, and the strong, easy-to-operate latching mechanism ensures secure handling. Included with the hopper is a safety chain that wraps around the mast of the forklift to prevent accidental dislodging. Custom colors can be requested with a Sherwin-Williams paint code.
