The kit includes 16 gauge 304 stainless steel legs, with legs and crossbracing made from 1-5/8" diameter 16 gauge stainless steel tubing. The tops are constructed from 5/8" thick polyethylene, which is high-temperature safe up to 180°F and suitable for dishwashing and steam cleaning. Additionally, there is an option for thicker 3/4" poly tops. The hat channels are designed to deaden sound and reinforce the top, ensuring a level work surface. The frame for the polyethylene top consists of 1-1/4" square tubing, and the unit is equipped with standard bullet feet.
