The kit includes 16 gauge 304 stainless steel legs, with legs and crossbracing constructed from 1-5/8" diameter 16 gauge stainless steel tubing. The tops are made from 5/8" thick polyethylene, which is high-temperature safe up to 180°F, and the surfaces are safe for dishwashing and steam cleaning. An option for thicker 3/4" poly tops is available. The design features hat channels that deaden sound and reinforce the top to ensure a level work surface. The frame for the poly top is constructed from 1-1/4" square tubing and is equipped with standard bullet feet.
