The kit includes a 16 gauge 304 stainless steel undershelf and legs, with legs and crossbracing constructed from 1-5/8" diameter 16 gauge stainless steel tubing. The tops are made of 5/8" thick polyethylene, which is high-temperature safe up to 180°F, and the surfaces are also safe for dishwashing and steam cleaning. An option for a thicker 3/4" polyethylene top is available. Additionally, hat channels are included to deaden sound and reinforce the top, ensuring a level work surface. The undershelf is positioned 10" above the floor, and the frame for the poly top is made of 1-1/4" square tubing, featuring standard bullet feet for stability.
