OHAUS® multi-tube vortexers are designed for hands-free, high-throughput sample processing and come equipped with a stainless steel foam rack that accommodates (50) 12 mm diameter tubes, along with interchangeable foam racks available for vortexing tubes ranging from 10 to 29 mm in diameter, which are ordered separately. These vortexers feature strong suction cup feet that minimize motion and prevent sliding on work surfaces, ensuring safe operation in laboratory environments. Digital models provide precise speed control for applications requiring repeatable outcomes, while non-digital variable speed models serve as a more economical option. Key attributes include independent LED displays for speed and time, allowing operators to monitor both settings concurrently in digital models, and they operate using a detachable 3-wire cord and plug, which is included with the unit.
