The OHAUS® Mini Vortex Mixer is available in four models designed for gentle to high-speed mixing, ensuring reliable performance for various applications, including re-suspending liquids, mixing reagents, buffers and emulsions, ELISA assays, drug extractions, and sample mixing. The non-digital model provides variable speed control, while the digital model enables input of precise speed and time for repeatable results. The pulsing model features a unique pulse action that minimizes heat generation and enhances mixing efficiency, and the fixed speed model allows for straightforward one-touch high-speed mixing. For digital models, independent LED displays show speed and time simultaneously, while the analog models feature an adjustment knob with dial markings. The mixers come with a detachable 3-wire cord and plug, and they include a cup head and a 3-inch accessory platform for beakers, flasks, and test tubes. Additionally, the pulsing models include a stainless steel microtube holder for 12 tubes. Digital models utilize microprocessor control to maintain set speed for consistent mixing action, with 230V models capable of reaching a maximum speed of 2500 RPM.
