The Tri-Power classical section molded notch V-belt, constructed with Gates proprietary technology, provides a superior combination of flex and load carrying capacity alongside reduced stretch, resulting in less maintenance. This belt is engineered for optimal performance on the toughest heavy-duty A, B, and C section industrial drives and is particularly suitable for applications requiring small or sub-minimal sheave diameters. The molded notches enhance compatibility with smaller diameter sheaves, while the machined belt edge ensures even sheave groove contact, minimizing slip and wear. Flex-bonded cords are securely bonded to the belt body for equal load distribution and effective absorption of bending stress without deterioration. The belt meets RMA oil and heat resistant standards and complies with RMA static conductivity requirements. The Tri-Power belts are offered in AX, BX, and CX sizes, with any length exceeding 210 inches featuring a banded, cut notch construction.
