The Tri-Power classical section molded notch v-belt is engineered with Gates proprietary construction, offering an exceptional blend of flexibility and load-bearing capacity, along with reduced stretch that minimizes maintenance needs. This v-belt is ideal for demanding heavy-duty A, B, and C section industrial drives, particularly in applications where compact or sub-minimal sheave diameters are necessary. The molded notches enhance its suitability for drives with smaller diameter sheaves, while the machined belt edge ensures optimal contact with sheave grooves, resulting in reduced slip and wear. The flex-bonded cords are securely bonded to the belt body, allowing for uniform load distribution and effective absorption of bending stress without deteriorating the cords. This belt meets RMA oil and heat resistance standards, as well as RMA static conductivity requirements. Tri-Power belts are available in AX, BX, and CX sizes, with those longer than 210 inches featuring a banded, cut notch construction. The v-belt is specifically designed for applications such as the Gravely 32" flail mower, enhancing performance and durability in demanding conditions.
