The Tri-Power classical section molded notch V-belt is constructed with Gates proprietary technology, featuring a superior combination of flex and load-carrying capacity with reduced stretch for less maintenance. This belt ensures outstanding performance in heavy-duty A, B, and C section industrial drives, making it particularly suitable for all industrial applications, especially those requiring small or sub-minimal sheave diameters. The precision-molded notches enhance its suitability for drives with smaller diameter sheaves, while the machined belt edge ensures even sheave groove contact, minimizing slip and wear. Flex-bonded cords are securely attached to the belt body, promoting equal load distribution and absorbing bending stress without deterioration. This product complies with RMA oil and heat resistant standards and RMA static conductivity requirements. It is available in AX, BX, and CX sizes, with belts longer than 210 inches designed as a banded, cut notch construction.
