The Tri-Power classical section molded notch v-belt is engineered with Gates proprietary construction, offering a superior combination of flex and load carrying capacity while minimizing stretch for reduced maintenance. This v-belt is optimized for heavy-duty A, B, and C section industrial drives and is suitable for various industrial applications, especially where small or sub-minimal sheave diameters are necessary. The notches molded into the belt during manufacturing enhance its suitability for drives with smaller diameter sheaves, and the machined belt edge ensures even sheave groove contact, resulting in decreased slip and wear. The flex-bonded cords are securely bonded to the belt body, providing equal load distribution and effective absorption of bending stress without deterioration. This product meets RMA oil and heat resistant standards and complies with RMA static conductivity requirements. Tri-Power belts are available in AX, BX, and CX sizes, with those longer than 210 inches featuring a banded, cut notch construction.
