The Super HC Narrow Section Molded Notch V-Belt is specifically designed for special drives with critical space and weight limitations, capable of transmitting up to three times the horsepower of traditional cross-sections (A, B, C, and D) within the same drive space. This belt is suitable for all industrial applications where space, weight, and horsepower capacity are essential. Its Gates curves ensure proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, leading to uniform loading, uniform wear, and increased belt life. The Flex-bonded cords provide strong bonding to the belt body for equal load distribution and effective absorption of bending stress without deterioration. Additionally, the patented Flex-Weave cover offers extended protection against oil, dirt, and heat, ensuring longer cover life. The product meets or exceeds RMA standards for static conductivity as well as heat and oil resistance. This V-belt is applicable to Transicold, TDB, and a range of engines, particularly for clutch applications.
