The kit includes a pack of 6 drill bits designed with a 135° split point that is self-centering for reduced thrust and easier penetration. Manufactured from cobalt high-speed steel, these bits feature heavy-duty geometry and a left-hand helix, which is ideal for use in screw machines where machine spindle rotation is counter-clockwise. The straw oxide finish minimizes galling, while the three flats on the shank for sizes above 11/64" enhance chucking and reduce slippage.
