The kit includes a pack of 12 drill bits featuring a 135° split point that is self-centering for reduced thrust and easier penetration. Each drill bit is manufactured from cobalt high-speed steel, designed with heavy-duty geometry for superior performance. The left-hand helix makes these bits ideal for use in screw machines where the spindle rotation is counter-clockwise. They offer superior rigidity in portable drilling applications and have a straw oxide finish to reduce galling. For sizes above 11/64", there are three flats on the shank to ensure tighter chucking and minimize slippage.
