PowerWeld® E71T-GS gasless flux-cored welding wire features a diameter of .030" and comes in a 10lb spool. It is specifically designed for single pass welding of thin-gauge carbon steel, accommodating materials that range from 3/16" to 22 gauge. The electrode is formulated for effective welding over galvanized materials and is also compatible with certain aluminized surfaces. PowerWeld® 71TGS requires no external gas-shielding and should be utilized with DCEN (straight polarity).
