PowerWeld® E71T-GS gasless flux-cored welding wire has a diameter of .035" and comes in a 10lb spool. It is specifically designed for single pass welding of thin-gauge carbon steel, accommodating materials ranging from 3/16" to 22 gauge. This electrode is formulated to weld effectively over galvanized materials and can also be applied on certain aluminized surfaces. The PowerWeld® 71TGS does not require external gas-shielding and is intended for use with DCEN (straight polarity).
