The Double SpinFin® magnetic stirring bars are designed to agitate liquids in round bottom vessels such as test tubes, cylinders, and flasks, effectively operating where traditional stirring bars may fail. These stirring bars feature fins on both the top and bottom to ensure complete agitation while maintaining stability within the vessel, preventing wobbling during use. Each bar contains an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, which provides superior chemical compatibility. The stirring bars are manufactured in a facility that is registered to ISO 9001:2015 standards, as verified by SGS certification, and are safe for autoclave use.
