The heavy-duty magnetic stirring bars are designed for use in stirring large volumes of fluid with large magnetic stirring machines, such as the Cool Stir large volume stirrer, H37028-0001, or other comparable machines. These stirring bars fit into vessels with a minimum neck diameter of 32 mm and feature a multi-faceted surface that enhances turbulence compared to similar-sized smooth cylindrical stirring bars. Each bar includes an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring superior chemical compatibility. The product is manufactured in a facility registered to ISO 9001:2015 standards, as verified by SGS certification, and is autoclave safe.
