Spinwedge® magnetic stirring bars are engineered to deliver strong turbulence at relatively low speeds, making them ideal for churning sediment or dissolving salts. The unique wedge shape is specifically designed to effectively plow up sediment for thorough dispersion, while the sharply angled broad face contributes to robust mixing action, particularly suited for viscous solutions. Each stirring bar features an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring superior chemical compatibility. These products are manufactured in a facility that is registered ISO 9001:2015, as verified by SGS certification, and are also autoclave safe.
