The stirring kit is designed for stirring large volumes in vessels such as drums and tanks, featuring a molded pivot ring that minimizes the contact area between the bar and the vessel, thereby reducing friction and chattering, which decreases marring of plastic containers. Its multifaceted surface enhances turbulence compared to similar-sized smooth cylindrical stirring bars, making it ideal for use with the Cool Stir® large volume stirrer, model H37028-0001, capable of stirring volumes up to 190 L (50 gallons). The kit includes an Alnico magnet encapsulated in FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® brand PTFE coating, ensuring superior chemical compatibility. It is manufactured in a registered ISO 9001:2015 facility, as verified by SGS certification, and is autoclave safe.
