The product is designed to reduce the frequency of spinout in viscous solutions or during high-speed stirring, utilizing high magnetic field strength samarium cobalt (rare earth) magnets that provide up to three times stronger coupling compared to Alnico magnetic stirring bars. This stronger coupling ensures that the stirring bar remains centered and rotates effectively. The stirring bar features an octagon shape with a pivot ring, which creates strong turbulence while minimizing chattering and friction. It is encapsulated in bright green, FDA grade, USP Class VI Teflon® PTFE, making it easy to differentiate from other stirring bars, and is autoclave safe. The product is manufactured in a facility registered to ISO 9001:2015 standards, as verified by SGS certification.
